  • Try plugging it directly into the interface behind the chassis; the U disk interface is in poor contact.

  • The usb thumb drive is most likely using the Fat32 file system. If you are consistently working with files larger than 4GB, it is recommended to format your USB flash drives using exFAT or NTFS file format which doesn't have the 4GB limit.

  • The short answer is yes, you can. The USB 3.0 is backward compatible with USB 2.0. And USB 3.0 device can also work with a USB 2.0 port but it's important to note that it will work at the speed and capability of USB 2.0.
